You can remove a connected social account from your NovinHub workspace directly from the user panel. Deleting a connected account removes the data related to that account from the platform.
To delete a connected account, first sign in to your NovinHub user panel with the workspace that has access to that account.
This action should be performed by the account owner or by a workspace user who has the required permission to manage connected accounts.
From the connected accounts page, choose the account you want to remove from NovinHub.
After selecting the account, use the delete option and confirm the deletion request. Once confirmed, NovinHub starts removing the data associated with that connected account.
When the connected account is deleted, the data related to that account is removed from the NovinHub platform.
This includes data such as access tokens, granted permissions, connection credentials, account-specific access data and other information used to provide NovinHub services for that connected account.
After deletion, NovinHub no longer keeps the tokens or access permissions required to operate that account inside the platform.
If you want to use the same social account with NovinHub again later, you will need to connect it again from the user panel and grant the required permissions again.
Only a limited record showing that the account was previously connected may remain.
This remaining record is used for statistics and internal reporting. It does not include tokens, active access permissions or usable account data.
Deleting a connected account from NovinHub removes the account data from NovinHub. It does not delete the social media account itself from the original social network.
If you also want to delete the account from the social network, you must do that through the settings and policies of that social network.
Sign in to your user panel, open connected accounts, select your account and choose delete. After deletion, NovinHub removes the account data, including tokens and access permissions. Only a non-operational connection history record may remain for statistics.
